Mobile Accessories

Our “no quibbles” guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it back to us in it’s original condition, within 7 days, and we will issue a full credit note for the price you paid for the item providing the item is in it’s original condition when it was dispatched to yourself.  Goods returned after 7 days which are not faulty will be subject to a handling charge of 10%.  Please note, Postage costs for return of goods will not be refunded. After 28 days no returns will be accepted on sim free phones, sim cards, original products or any other mobile phone accessories unless the item is faulty.

If you receive a faulty/defective product, you must notify your accounts manager by phone within 48 hours of delivery.  Once we have been notified, you will need to return the product to our head office form assessment.  If the product is faulty/damaged during transit then a replacement or a full credit note will be offered.  If product or boxes are damaged when receiving parcel, you must sign and state on delivery form “Item received damaged from the courier”.  If the product has been damaged due to improper use by the customer or is not faulty/defective then a 15% handling fee, plus return delivery will be issued.

Pre-paid sim cards

Y.K.W wholesale Distributors Limited is currently unable to accept returns of Sim Cards once they have been registered or opened.

Returning an item to y.k.w

To return an item, please contact your accounts manager at Y.K.W Wholesale Distributors Limited to notify us that you will be returning an item.  Once we have taken your details, please download the returns form from our download section, fill the form in, then fax it to us at Fax: 0141 221 8302, where we shall fax you back with a returns authorisation number, you will then return the item with the returns form faxed back to yourself.  Please send the item back to the address below.  In the case of a defective product, please provide a full description of the fault and return the defective item in its original box (if any), with all warranty cards, licenses, manuals and accessories.  Please send all packages to:-
