  • I've placed my order, but it didn't ask for any payment details, How do I pay?
  • As a registered user, your payment details are held securely on file, so we will process your order manually which is safer than online.
  • My registered details are wrong.  How do I correct them?
  • Please contact your Sales Accounts Manager and advise the correct details which we shall amend for you.
  • I can't see any prices online or make an order, What do i Do?
  • You have to be registered user in order to order online or see our current prices, please fill in our "Contact Us" section, our Sales Team will then setup your details and email you your username & password in to log-in.
  • Are all new products on the website?
  • Our website is constantly monitored, if there is any new products arrived, they will be updated immediately on the website as they arrive.
  • How do I know if there is any item out of stock?
  • If there is any items out of stock, it will state this on the website for your convenience.
  •  Can I have a Saturday Delivery?
  • Yes you can, please advise your Accounts Manager that you wish a Saturday delivery and that will be arranged for you.
